Control and monitoring are never better than the measurements they rely on. Elio selects, supplies and integrates the sensors – so the data you control by is correct, and deviations are caught early.

Connection to PLC and SCADA via IO-Link (digital link to smart sensors), Modbus (common standard for data transfer) and analogue signals – tested and documented.

We are vendor-independent and choose what suits the plant, including ifm, Siemens and Hach.

Mobile measurement cases

Not everything that needs measuring has power and network nearby. Our measurement cases have a battery, sensor and GPS tracker built in, and can be placed straight out in the field – by a river, a discharge point, an excavation or a quay.

Measurements are sent over 4G/5G or LoRa (long-range wireless technology), so you can follow level, turbidity and other values remotely – in SCADA or in a dedicated web portal in Azure where you log in and see your data. The cases can be rented or bought, and are usually put together for each customer.
