The project has yielded results: Commissioned by Laader Berg, we have developed a solution that uses LiDAR technology for continuous measurements and calculations. We collect data from the sensors, perform advanced calculations, and visualize profiles of the foam blocks in real time in Ignition. This approach allows the machine itself to make the necessary adjustments without operator intervention. The result will be reduced material waste and significant savings in both time and resources for the customer. This project shows how we at Elio AS drive the technology of the future to create efficient and sustainable solutions, completely in line with our customers’ wishes. Have a great summer! 😎
